Dr Reginald Carey was born in Eleuthera, Bahamas. After University he attended the University of the West Indies where he attained the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.,B.S.) degree. After completing his internship in Nassau,he went to England to specialize, returning to the Bahamas as a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG). He is an Associate Lecturer at the University of the West Indies and Consultant at Princess Margaret Hospital. He is Member of the Bahamian Medical Council and a member of the Medical association of the Bahamas. He won the Physician of the Year award in 1998. |
Dr Allan Lyons was born in Jamaica. He attended the University of the West Indies where he attained the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.,B.S.) degree. After completing his internship in Nassau,he went to England to specialize in Obstetrics and Gynaecology before returning to the Bahamas as a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG). He is a Consultant at Princess Margaret Hospital, is a certified Colposcopist, Holds the Diploma of Family Planning (DFFP),is a member of the Bahamian Medical Council and a member of the Medical Association of the Bahamas. |
Dr Leon Dupuch was born in the Bahamas. He attended St. Augustine's College in Nassau Bahamas, afterwhich he continued his education at St. John's University in Minnesota, USA, where he studied Pre-Med and received a Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc.). Dr Dupuch then went to Medical School at the University of the West Indies where he attained the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.,B.S.) degree. After completing his internship in Nassau,he went to England to specialize and became a qualified Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology before returning to the Bahamas as a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) with the Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT). He is presently a Consultant at Princess Margaret Hospital, a member of the General Medical Council in the UK, a member of the Bahamaian Medical Council and a member of the Medical Association of the Bahamas. Among his many other qualifications and Specialist interests he holds The Diploma of Family Planning,is a certified colposcopist and has the RCOG/RCR Diploma in Advanced Obstetric Ultrasound. |
Dr Laura Dupuch grew up and was educated in the South of England. She went to boarding school in Surrey and then proceeded to study Medicine at St Bartholomew's Medical College in London. She attained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.,B.S.) with distinction and also attained a 1st for her BSc in Tumour Biology. She then continued with her postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the Southwest of England and became a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG). She also holds the Diploma of Family Planning (DFFP) and is a member of the General Medical Council in the UK and a member of the Bahamian Medical Council. |
